Milford Hospital's Medical Surgical Units, Memorial II West and Memorial III West, provide care for patients with general, acute medical conditions and patients recovering from surgery.
Our highly skilled and compassionate staff will be involved in all aspects of our patients' care. This team includes the patients' personal physician or a Hospitalist, Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and Patient Care Technician's who will be working collaboratively with the hospital's Case Management, Pharmacy, Dietary and Physical Therapy departments to ensure our patients are getting the best care possible.
For those patients requiring advanced cardiac care, we reserve 8 monitored, Telemetry beds on Memorial III West. These beds are for patients requiring close observation and monitoring. Registered Nurses experienced in arrhythmia interpretation and certified in Cardiac Monitoring and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) oversee their care.
Also housed on Memorial III West is the "Fairway Suite", an acute, hospice care inpatient room. The Fairway Suite offers a home-like bedroom with adjoining family room specifically designed for the care and comfort of hospice patients and their families. Through our partnership with local VNA's, Milford Hospital provides personalized services in a caring environment and we are committed to keeping our patients in their community.
Visiting Hours on Memorial II and Memorial III are 11:00am - 8:00pm Daily
